Armed with this information we will devise the content and style of your video and a recommended delivery plan.
We will work with you to refine the proposal until you are completely happy with our plans. Once you have approved our proposal and quote, 50% of the fee is payable to secure the work and set the production process in motion.
It’s time for lights, camera and action! This is the part where the filming and gathering of any other assets takes place. Don’t worry if this is your first experience of video production. We will walk you through the process so there aren’t any surprises.
Once we’re through the production process it’s time for the edit. You are welcome to sit in on the edit if you like, but many of our clients prefer to let us do a rough edit and view the progress in our secure online portfolio. Here you can request changes as the edit progresses. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to monitor the edit live via skype.
The finished video will be submitted to you for any final amends. Once these have been carried out to your satisfaction and you have signed off the video, the final 50% of the fee becomes due.
Your video will be delivered to you as a master file and also in the formats of your choice.

With this additional intelligence we will devise specifically targeted content, style and scripting for your video.
If we are managing your YouTube channel we will upload a YouTube optimised file to your channel and carry out all the Video SEO work. If you have opted to have a promotional campaign we will also initiate the campaign at this point.
Once the video has been live for a while we will analyse its performance and make suggestions for further optimisation. This information will be carried forward to inform any future videos you may want produced or will be used immediately to optimise any campaign or promotional activity we are doing for you.
