A quotation is provided on the basis of the information given to us at the time of the request and is valid for 30 days.  If extra time, travel, equipment or personnel is required during the production stages, that was not within the original quote, the client understands this will be at extra cost.  It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that any quotation is thoroughly read and understood prior to booking.  Any amendments or additional days filming will be charged at our daily rates.

Commencing Work

Tasty Media (a trading name of Jump (GB) Ltd.) will only commence work upon receipt of a written request by email, confirming that the quote has been accepted.  We cannot commence work on the basis of a phone call, verbal request or text message.

Upfront Costs

Tasty Media reserves the right to invoice for costs we incur before production has commenced – for example, flights or hotels that require booking in advance. 


Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.  This Term overrides any Terms and Conditions stated in a Purchase Order and in the event of an order being placed, the Client accepts this Term.  Projects will be invoiced in two tranches, 50% on commission and 50% on approval of the final edit.

Office Hours

Tasty Media office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday unless notified otherwise.


The Client is responsible for all expenses incurred by Tasty Media during all stages of production. Including but not exclusively: transport, food, accommodation, extra equipment hire not included in original quote, and additional duplication costs (e.g. DVDs, tapes).  Mileage for location shoots over 50 miles from CV32 5EG will be charged at 50p per mile, unless agreed beforehand.


Any contract requiring Tasty Media to work to specific deadlines provided within the written agreement will be deemed to include a proviso that the clients will make themselves reasonably available to communicate and participate in filming with Tasty Media and to review rough cuts and edits in a timely manner. If Tasty Media deem them not to have been so then Tasty Media cannot be held responsible for failing to meet a deadline.

Clear access for filming

If filming venues are being organised by the Client, they must ensure that Tasty Media has clear access to all locations required throughout the day. Delays in filming may incur additional charges. All Terms and Conditions stated within this document are deemed acceptable to the Client upon receipt of a written order.

Aborting filming

In the event of filming being delayed or aborted due to a lack of organisation from the Client, Tasty Media reserves the right to charge the relevant day’s filming costs. A re-visit to site to carry out further works may incur additional cost.

Changing filming dates

In the event of the Client wishing to change the filming date we insist on a minimum of three working days’ notice.  Failure to comply may result in the Client becoming 100% liable for all costs incurred.

Bad weather

In the event of inclement weather, Tasty Media reserves the right to change the date of filming to a more suitable day.  Tasty Media will not allow the safety of the equipment or personnel to be compromised.  However, we will do this in liaison with the client.

Equipment substitution / failure

In the unlikely event that Tasty Media experiences equipment failure or difficulties, we will make every effort to find suitable replacement equipment as soon as possible.  The equipment used on the day of filming will be at the discretion of the senior member of the film crew. No further claims or liability will be accepted.

Camera Footage

We take great care with footage we shoot and edit projects we undertake.  We make sure the data is backed up and secure.  However, we are not liable for any loss due to fire, theft, computer failure or event beyond our control.  We strongly advise Clients to take a copy of their footage and projects at the time of production.

Client Review

On the majority of projects, a draft version of the production will be forwarded to the Client for their review.  This draft may receive one set of revisions, which is included in the original agreed cost.  Subsequent revisions thereafter will incur either an additional half-day post production rate or full day rate.  E-mail correspondence shall be sufficient to approve changes to agreements for the form and content of projects as long as it is acknowledged with a response.

Sign Off

A video will only be publicly released by Tasty Media once the Client approves all content as complete and satisfactory and confirms this in writing.  Whilst Tasty Media ensures the copyright statue of any material that we supply for your productions, it is your responsibility to ensure you are entitled to use any assets you supply to us for inclusion. You are also responsible for satisfying yourself that none of the content is misleading, libelous or defamatory. Tasty Media cannot be held liable to any party for any errors on any medium after the customer has agreed in writing that the content is correct and accurate and should be posted, published or broadcast.


On delivery, posting, publishing or broadcast of final product, copyright of the edited sequence will be transferred to the client. Unless agreed otherwise, Tasty Media will retain the right to use all approved footage in the public domain (e.g. YouTube) for their own promotional purposes. This may exclude any third-party material (e.g. Music).

Release Forms

Tasty Media advises and recommends its Clients to use and enforce Performers Release Forms.  No discounts or liability will be accepted by Tasty Media if the production must be re-edited due to a performer refusing permission to show their image or use their audio in whatever form. We can supply release forms if required and requested.

Taste & Decency

Tasty Media reserves the right to refuse to use, publish or broadcast any information it considers obscene, morally unsuitable, misleading, which would breach copyrights, or which is libelous, defamatory or illegal.


Any confidential or proprietary information which is acquired by Tasty Media from a client company, person or entity will not be used or disclosed to any person or entity, except when required to do so by law. If required, Tasty Media will sign and adhere to the conditions of any Confidentiality Agreement used by the client.

Abusive Behavior

In all instances Tasty Media will reserve the right to remove any of its personnel and / or equipment from a location if it is deemed unsafe or if they are subjected to abusive or aggressive behavior. In this instance, the Client will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of this.

Public Liability

Tasty Media (Jump (GB) Ltd) carries public liability insurance cover of £5 million pounds (£2 million in the case of aerial drone filming). Upgraded specific project insurance cover can be provided if required upon request.


Any claims must be made in writing to Tasty Media within 7 days of receipt of goods. If no claim is made within this period the client is deemed to have accepted the goods at the agreed price.


When a customer terminates the contract, they will remain liable to pay in full for all work previously undertaken and in progress by Tasty Media unless any other written agreement is reached in advance.


Tasty Media offers an archiving service where we store projects, camera rushes and completed video(s) on an external hard drive for a small charge.  Unless requested otherwise, we will keep this in-house to re-open the edit project if ever needed.  Due to the nature of hard drive technology, we provide no guarantee that the drive will always be error free.  If a Client wishes to provide a hard drive and take their own backup copy, we would strongly advise this.
